Thank you for making the Five Fifty Fifty Reimagined a success!
We truly appreciate everyone who participated this year.
Due to your amazing effort we will be able to continue to change
mental health care in America one step at a time.
Join us for the 5k.50.50. REIMAGINED – May 18- June 14, 2020
You pick the day to be active.
The Five Fifty Fifty has gone VIRTUAL! The 5k.50.50 REIMAGINED Virtual Run/Walk allows everyone, everywhere to SAFELY run, walk or be active wherever they are able. All registered participants will receive a collector’s race bib and race shirt, (while supplies last). Join us any day between May 18-June 14, 2020 (starting in the middle of Mental Health Awareness Month), you pick the day(s), to support individuals who battle mental health challenges.
Get creative while practicing social distancing…run or walk around your neighborhood, in a quiet park, or even on a treadmill in the comfort of your home! Not into running? Choose an alternate physical activity and do it in sets or durations that include the numbers 5 or 50 in some way! How about doing 50 jumping jacks a day over a period of 5 days; riding your bike for 50 minutes a day or riding for 50 miles? Practice yoga flows in a series of 5 or for counts of 50. Run and pitch frisbees with your dog 5 days in a row. The possibilities are endless! Be creative and come up with what works for YOU! We encourage you to challenge friends and family to join you on your virtual run, so we can reach the goal of at least 50 virtual runners all in 50 states! Share this page and invite everyone you know to register HERE. In addition, please share your virtual 5.50.50 activities on social media using the tag #5KFORYOU, tag us (Facebook: @KorkorFdn / Instagram @korkorfdn), and share why you run or who you are running for. Be sure to share where you are so we can include it on our virtual race map! You can also email photos to email@example.com.
If you have any questions about the Covid-19 Pandemic, please visit the United States Centers for Disease Control’s website for the latest information on the disease as well as prevention. And, if you have any questions, please reach out to our team (firstname.lastname@example.org).
In this time of uncertainty, we wish you peace, health, and comfort;
and we invite you to REIMAGINE a new way to
change mental health care in America…one step at a time.
